billing problems

I decided to go with the bundle package which paid me 400 to pay off Verizon for canceling service. It is supposed to end up cheaper. which the bill has not been cheaper yet and 3 months later I have still to receive the 400 rebate which I was approved for. The first bill was 627, by the way I was quoted the bill to be 487 for three months, which they said was because when I moved from one apartment to another they did not tell me I had two accounts and I was paying the new one not realizing they had not given me my final bill thinking they would just move it over not change account numbers. I paid this bill. Then I get the next bill 627 again so I call and they said it was the phones, activations charges and moving my bill to the 25th so I got my pay before the bill was due. Than come July guess what another 627 bill this time they till me I did not pay last month bill. I cannot figure out how I did not pay last months bill when I have paid 627 for 3 months straight. then to top it off I had called and made arrangements to pay 500 which I had sent through my bank to the store address which no one calls and said do you realize you are sending this to the wrong address. So it was four days after making arrangements with the billing department they shut off service. I spent a total of eight hours on the phone fixing that problem I got a printout form the bank showing the payment had been sent and they kept sending me to different people to help me. All I kept getting is until the payment is posted to the account we cannot help you. In the mean time my mom is getting heart surgery and I could not get hold of the hospital. On top of that we use the internet to talk to our son who is in Iraq and we could not talk to him because yes they turned off that too. I finally got them to turn it back on after going to the Cincinnati bell store twice and calling three times and being passed around from department to department because no one could help us. I cancelled the tv and home phone I cannot cancel the cells due to a two year contract which cost 375 per phone to get out of. I also had to call off work as a nurse for four hours on Friday to go the the Cincinnati bell store, which by the way they said everything should be back on go home disconnect the internet and wait 30 min and it should work guess what it did not when I called back they could not help me even tho it said in the computer service has been reinstated I had to wait till Monday to talked to the billing department which was now closed. My experience with Cincinnati bell has so far not been a very good experience. Then to top that off they told us we had to be home Monday 8am till 9pm to wait for the service man to come guess what he turned off the service without coming in and we still have to go back to the store and return the box.
