| Fairpoint 15meg DSL just went live here in Westmore, VT. Thoroughly satisfied - so far! A couple of thing about FairPoint supprt: 1) They are located in the US. 2) They speak perfect English. 3) They honestly want to help and satisfy the customer 4) They don't always have the tools to do number 3!
Compare to the rediculous excuse for high speed internet that we hav ehad for the past few years - Great Auk Wireless - these guys are heroes. Cut them some slack... |
