[Voip.ms] Ported my old Bell number to voip.ms, settings for PAPJust wondering what I should change on my PAP2T when the Bell DID is transferred to voip.ms? Do I lose the old DID or can I have two or more concurrently on one PAP2T? |

Re: [Voip.ms] Ported my old Bell number to voip.ms, settings forIf you already have a DID set up through VoIP.ms, you don't have to change anything on the ATA. Once your porting order is approved, on the VoIP.ms portal you will see two DIDs listed (your old DID and the one from Bell). You need to make sure the Bell DID is assigned to the same server and peer as your other DID. |

Ahh thank you. I see the two numbers now on my voip.ms DID page. It's not been activated yet but should be by Friday. |

It should allow you to configure everything for that DID now and when the port is complete it will just work. |

Agree. Aside from having your PAP register on the same server as what shows on VOIP.MS (you may not get incoming calls otherwise), there's not much else to do. But you might want to adjust your caller ID in the VOIP.MS portal, to match your ported number. |
