| GWI Adds "Fourth Ring" connecting Maine to Boston and We are adding a fourth ring to the 3 Ring Binder. It is in the form of a 10gb/sec fiber ring with locations in Portland, Boston and Portland. The Portland location is on the 3 Ring Binder, a 1,100 mile fiber optic network comprised of 3 rings traversing rural Maine. The purpose is to provide an on/off ramp to rural Maine in urban areas. My expectation is that at a later date, we will add additional locations in places like Springfield, MA, Albany, NH and Manchester, NH.
