And I bumped the arp timeout to 5 seconds since i'm using Vlans for everything. Works really good, only about 5-10 seconds down time if the primary link goes down. And once it notices it again switches right back over in about 5-10 seconds.

That's great. So you don't have dialers at all. Was assuming that you were using PPPoE because of the VLANs but thank you for posting how you got on.
