I don't their BBC TV is serving their content over IPv6.

can confirm BBC services don't run on IPv6 but they did on IPv6 day and they say they are 'working on it'. They do have some cool addresses:

Name:    ipv6.bbc.co.uk
Addresses:  2001:4b10:bbc::1
          2001:4b10:bbc::2
