I believe there are two different caps now. One for "peak" hours and one for total. The 250GB is for total "any time" hours where the 30-50 GB is for "peak" 5pm-1am hours. They did not have a cap for "non-peak" hours before.

You are probably right, but from the wording on the BRC you simply can't tell. The policy is as clear as mud.

It's nice to have 250 GB's, but it would be nicer to have them during peak hours...

Oh well, no Netflix for me any time soon....
