I've seen reports of some issues with Level(3) today from the folks at OpenDNS. I am not 'in the know', but am guessing your problem might be related. |

We saw a few registration blips due to some internet rerouting around level3 which seemed to be having some issues today, these seemed to self adjust via BGP after a few minutes. It barely made a mark on our radar. |

In cases like this, always try something like »www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com - it lets you know pretty quickly if the connection problem is on your connection, or on their side  |
