Ok just means that particular router is not responding to icmp ping. Many routers are set to ignore it. |

 | Corey, I'd like to be clear on what the TtQ Team means when they say to email our contact information. Do you mean email as in sending to the talktous@qwest.com using our normal email service or do you mean sending a private message through this forum? I've sent my information 3 times over the last 6 weeks through regular email and haven't heard anything back. The first two times I was using a domain that I own and I thought maybe they got trapped in a spam filter somewhere so I sent the third with my @q.com address. The last one I sent was only two days ago so I won't consider that a failure yet. I just want to be sure the info is going where you're looking for it. |

 | You are correct, regular email. It would help if it said "DSL REPORTS" in the subject line so I can filter for it. You can also send it via the link below.
