Brookville, IN | Cincinnati bell wireless throttling data. Does anyone know what method cbw uses to throttle data on mobile devices? I am using a unlocked tmobile g2x on cbw and got throttled after using 5gb of data. I found a hack where u modify a couple files on the phone and it removes the throttle for the g2x on tmobile. Apparently cincinnati bell uses a different method than tmobile to throttle users because it doesnt work. If I knew how cbw throttles people maybe I could find a way around it. Any info would be greatly apprecieated. |
