Had the most terrible experience with Cincinnati bell today concerning my fioptics installation.I go to check if its in my area through their website to my surprise it is, they give an estimated arrival time of around 4 pm to 8 pm. The guy showed up at 2 pm we only caught him because we had to go out, we flag him down to which he tells us where do we want the modem for our copper connection we say we ordered fiber optics he tells us its not for our area then goes the back and forth between us ending with him calling them and saying he will contact us. We get a call from the tech on our way home but before we can answer he quickly hangs up after 1 ring and doesnt even leave a voicemail. To make a long story short we end up not getting what we asked for they gave us a minor speed boost from my 5Mbp connection s to 6Mbps they didnt give us a price range so we dont know what the next bill will bring but we ended up cancelling whatever it is they gave us it sure wasnt fiber optics.
