Ultimate has not been jacked up by $23. This is just their 150mbps offering. The $99 75mbps tier is still considered in market and is available to anyone who wants it.

you're wrong my friend. I just posted in another thread ROGERS HAS JACKED UP THE PRICE OF ULTIMATE WHEN DEPLOYED. YOU DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING.......

Just because you posted it doesn't make it true.

Rogers is just promoting their "New Ultimate" package under the Ultimate moniker, which offers 150mbps download speeds at $123 a month

The actual Ultimate tier is still offered at $99 and offers 75mbps download speed. Just because it's not on the Rogers website, doesn't mean it's not offered.

And you're right, I don't know everything. But when it comes to Rogers product offerings, I know quite a lot

So the Rogers homepage is now lying and misleading people. Fine. Have it your way..........

It's not misleading anybody. If Rogers wants to make a business decision to not promote a certain product on their website, they have the right to do that.

Rogers has many product offerings that are considered in market but is not promoted on their website.

8X4 Channel bonding is finally here in central Brampton. Can't wait for higher upload speeds. Modem logs show it happened this morning at around 6 AM.

After a very stupid situation got my internet back up to speed. i noticed my US was blue today. I've been following this thread for some time. Here are my speeds at this time

I have the $99 Ultimate package but i've chatted about the HU tag thing they keep telling me to call.

If i call any department i should talk to? also what should i say. But before i call any pros out there know if i can get higher upload speeds? or is that the max i can get without changing my package to the new $122 one?

Soooo it would take you 2h30m of speed tests to hit your 250GB cap? At lets say 230mbps?

You can get 10 up if you live in an eligible area with the $99 ultimate package. You should call customer service to have that changed, but prepared to have to call back multiple times because most reps have no idea that this exists.

Lol k. I just got my internet fixed the other day too. But i'm willing to call over and over to get 10 up as i need it for YouTube uploading and Streaming. I'm just hoping i'm eligible. But seeing how some ppl are posting that Brampton is getting it i hope i can easily get it.

I used online chat, from the rogers.com contact us page I selected live chat, then general inquires and then select cable/internet. (The cable/internet option is only visible when the said reps are actually online.
