GuildWars2 just prompted me to re-authenticate my IP address, so I thought "hmm I wonder if I finally have bonding", and lo and behold I do have 8x4 in northern Brantford!
I don't really expect higher speeds to be available the morning after the bonding kicked in, but when I do try, is WHUI still the code I should be quoting for Ultimate? |

i've called Rogers yesterday and today, and they're telling me i have to upgrade to 150/10 to get the faster upload speeds
can anyone here confirm that i can still just upgrade from 75/2 to 75/10?
I don't want to pay +$25 for 150 download
is there another number i can contact other than 1-888-ROGERS1?

The online chat is the best method. Did they get you to fill out the form? They use that to verify your account, if something is wrong on that form then they can't even view your account. I did it online as well. I'd try a couple more times. |

Online chat kept transferring me to other representatives, and the chat window would freeze
third time really was the charm, initially i got two female CSR over the phone who were going on about my usage and were confusing bandwidth for my upload speed
today i got a knowledgeable male CSR who just changed my account to include the higher upload speed

Nice... but I detect a bottleneck somewhere, upgraded areas should easily get ~300mbps of speedboost which should average out to 250mbps on speedtest. |
