| ZyXEL PK5000Z in transparent bridge mode?Has anyone had any luck getting the ZyXEL PK5000Z modem to work in transparent bridge mode? I have 20M DSL and am trying to use an Apple Airport Extreme to manage the PPPoE connection, but it won't connect. I set the modem to transparent bridge mode and set my qwest.net credentials in the Airport Extreme, but this is all I'm seeing in the logs... Any suggestions?

Seattle, WA | FYI, I demanded that qwest change out my PK5000Z for a featureless Actiontec to use with my Zyxel USG Firewall (go figure). The PK5000Z just wasn't cooperating with me.
Make sure the NAT and firewall etc are disabled on the PK5000Z. |
