Slowed speeds and disconnects

Paying for 1.5Mbps and modem is syncing 1024/640. Modem used to sync 1500/800 all day every day.

SNR Margins are 31/12
Attenuation: 10/7
18 retrains
9 Near end CRC errors
about 100 near end RS FEC
everything else is at 0

Pretty sure this is a Qwest/Centurylink problem

Any help appreciated

Thanks

disconnects was due to faulty equipment at the DSLAM. Slowed speeds was caused by a software or hardware system put in place by centurylink after the merge. I'm not too sure on the specifics but it sounds like it might be another layer of interleave.
