Nope. The cable modems are from the OTHER Motorola, the one Google didn't buy. Google is only buying MOTOROLA MOBILITY, which is just wireless.

Incorrect.

Mobility owns Set tops, Cable Modems, EMTAs, CMTSs and other service provider gear. This deal includes those devices.

I don't think it's all their wireless either. I don't think this includes the stuff Motorola acquired when it bought Symbol. There are a lot of mobile computers in that LOB but not much from a consumer perspective. Mostly crappy old WinMo devices that are overpriced but industrial in terms of wear and tear.
