My TMobile@home service is still working so I don't think it's a DSL issue. |

| Down here in the southeast too...started around 9am ET...ooma.com appears to be down as well...sounds like they may have problems with their ISP again... |

Ours is down as well, were on Cable One Service in West Tenn. and cable and cable internet both working fine. |

My OOMA service is down as well. I am at work, and was able to get into my home pc, and then into the OOMA Hub. THis is what I am seeing:
Your ooma Network is Disconnected
Ooma Core: Connecting, please wait...
My TWC Internet connection is up. Like others are reporting, their website is down as well. |

I don't think this matters as it doesn't appear that their forwarding is working either. I tried calling my house from work, and it just rings and rings, never forwards. I have forwarding set up from a long time ago. |

Yep. Been down at least since early this morning here in Central NJ.
Ooma website is definitely down. Since their Customer Support hours start 7am PT, I'll need to wait until 10am ET to call again (888-711-6662).

Down here in SW Tenn. My work phone hangs up when I try and call home (My Ooma line. Tried to call parents (also on Ooma) in Middle Tenn and get an "All Circuits are Busy" recorded message. |

Ooma is also down here in southern AZ this morning. Just noticed about 6 am. Unable to get to ooma.com or the ooma forums. My internet connection is fine on Comcast. I hope it's a short lived outage... |

Me too in Indiana - strange - I unclipped a bunch of cables to make the test to access the Hub's firmware directly - and even reset my home router.
I hope it's just a transient issue... But a systemwide issue as it appears is not a good thing.
Anyone have any contacts with them, or their ISP or anyway to get some facts? |
