VPN provider to terminate the tunnel on a cisco router

The subject is the question! strongvpn.com onlly use L2TP and PPTP. A Cisco router can't be client on these protocols. Any provider with IPSec tunnels? You'll say yes, 12vpn.com. They lack of support and need to use external certificates.

Any other suggestions?

Not correct. Why do you believe this is not possible? My cisco router is an l2tp/ipsec client to a VPN server (private, not a commercial service).

Google for "cisco l2tp client ios config" or something similar and you'll find some whitepapers and config examples on the Cisco web site.
