How is Suddenlink a monopoly when you stated you have other choices?
Your speed test results are odd as well. Even if Suddenlink is leasing bandwidth from AT&T it should still read Suddenlink as your ISP, it's all IP based that I'm aware of.
They also do not block BT, at least here nor anywhere else that I have heard. Are you positive you are connected with Suddenlink?
