1 edit | This speed is getting ridiculous I've been on the phone with these guys for almost two months and no resolution. When I tell them to cancel me without an early term fee, they tell me to write a letter. They forced me to do a warranty exchange on my modem for $20.00...and I get the same results. They say they've done tests in my neighborhood and there are no problems. When I tether my iPhone, I get well over 3 MBPS from AT&T. I saw somewhere on TV that T-MO was faster than AT&T....what's the deal?
I'm getting 3 bars and "4g" service, yet I don't get more than 200KBPS down and 100 up.
