[Help] is this possible - using belkin n600 db to receive wifi..

I have at&t uverse which has a wireless modem. I also have a belkin n600 db wireless router (has 4 ethernet wired connections in the back). the wireless modem is in the other room. can I configure the belkin router to "receive" the wifi signal from the at&t modem and then connect wired devices (blu ray, dish dvr receiver) using ethernet cable to have them being able to access the internet.

if so is this configuring the router as an "access point"? anyone have step by step instructions or a URL that could help?
