Prime Time Lag Again

Since Tuesday my connection is experiencing prime time lag spikes, it has been a rock solid 3 meg connection 24hrs a day for the last year and four months since I last had this issue. It was a four month process to get it corrected then. My area was over allocated bandwidth then and new equipment solved the problem. I have PMed Windstream and they said they are investigating our area due to a lot of calls. I wanted to post some pics of the activity to show what is happening. You can see that it may be stable for a time, then gets real bad, then is intermittent, hope this helps.

10/13/11, six weeks later. Connection has been solid but now back to evening lag and high ping, jitter.

sent PM, her is an example of the jitter and packet loss over last two nights, ping are usually not over 43ms.

thanks Aaron, but the canned reply I got was that once again, nothing found. As you can see the obvious over allocation continues in the PM. As you can see, nothing wrong on my end. Please look again.

No response from previous post promised be the next afternoon, until a month later that I ask for an update, and I get a promise of a DSLAM upgrade TWO MONTHS LATER at the end of March. So more of the same latency for me and my Neighbors.
