| What is the price of Actiontec Q1000 modem from Qwest? I have been trying to access the website over the past several days and cannot get this information. Because of work, I can't really call during their business hours. How much will this modem cost from the store (not including tax)?
I have been recommended by tech support that I have to replace my M1000 to resolve the constant disconnection issues that I have been having lately. I am not sure it is the modem, but I will upgrade it anyway since VDSL2 support may be coming to my area soon for 40Mbs support.

| They are not selling modems at the moment, only renting.
I have seen Adsl2 Qwest modems at Walmart. Have you checked the dsl checker site to see if it says that anything is happening to your area? Reason why I asked was it told me roughly 4-5 months in advance that higher speeds was coming to my area. |

| I keep timing out when I visit the new website and log in to my account. And any link I click into provides error or incorrect link at this time.
I was told by tech support that I can buy one, but obviously I am assuming that is not correct. I thought maybe they were selling these now that they want the ones with Qwest brand to be phased out. |

I heard the same thing, that they want to get rid of the Qwest branded Modems.
If you cannot order one from the site, you are going to have to find time to call them to check.
