Oh, most assuredly!

At first, I was about to go over and complain to my 70-year-old neighbor about break-dancing and shaking my townhouse.

It lasted long enough here for me to finally recognize what it was (took some time, since this is my first experience), scoop up my grand-daughter and head out the sliding glass doors here in the basement. House was definitely vibrating and the windows and sliding glass doors were quite obvious. At first my son thought it was only our house (I never heard anything) and that wasn't what I wanted to hear, but then I backed up far enough to see the windows in nearby townhouses and they were all vibrating. By the time I went around to the front, we had a big enough gathering to have an early Labor Day picnic.

After socializing for a bit (and a coupla quick conversations with California expats), I went back in and checked the house. So far, no structural damage, but some of the neighbors seemed to be suffering from falling pictures and dinnerware.
