1 edit | Lost connections and major slow downs Hi there. I've been having this issue mainly at night though sometimes it happens during the day where I get high latency when playing a game and frequent disconnects both with the game and when streaming netflix just by itself. My internet speed is supposed to be 10mb down and 1.5mb up but that doesn't seem to be happening. After running lots of tests I'm seeing significant packet loss and lots of jitter. Should I take this to my isp? Thanks for any help on making these numbers make sense.
