| Scam? lol OKAY. Scam? because of "flaws" you state? maybe you should have talked a a higher up management.. ive been with Midco since the start and had nothing but great service.
They HAVE to call the support due to the fact to get your gear up and running to began with(its not just plug and play). they just come in to install what you ordered. Maybe the lines around your area are bad.. or maybe you checked your speeds at the worst time? And for the install charges i call bullshit on those, they will not double charge you for their mistakes.. let alone the bundles they have with no install fees. You paying 200/mth? sounds like someone doesnt know how to check for bundles in your area.
Terminate your cable/internet then and come back and tell me about that "better" isp that took its place because you're not going to get the prices they advertise elsewhere. Also when you terminate there is no CONTRACT like some ISP's.. |
