Yes, once concurred (usually takes land line providers 12-36 hours to bother to respond) it'll be about 3-5 business days before activation can take place. Trick is make sure your provider has every scrap of info correct, if you have a bundle w/AT&T you may want to verify your landline account number because it can be different then what is spat on the bill.
