[CenturyTel] Poor Customer Service
I have made 8 calls to Century Link since the last week of May concerning my phone service. The Century Link Technician installed a temporary line on top of the ground due to static issues the last week of May. Even after countless calls and elevations to Supervisors my phone line still has not been buried after 12 weeks! Not only has it not been buried I have never received even one call from anyone at Century since this issue started. The tempory line was damaged once while the lawn was being cut and replaced after a day. It has been damaged again and called in for repair and no one has even come out to repair it! It works but goes in and out. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have had enough. I will become a Time Warner customer soon as I am sure they do not trest customers this way.
