| Post Irene Status I know you guys are busy, this is not a complaint!
In fact, I really have to give major kudos to Metrocast, my cable went out for about half an hour on Saturday night, but then it came back and it hasn't gone off since. While it was off, I lost both Internet and TV.
So, as I mentioned, this is most definitely NOT a complaint, I just want to let you guys know what the status is here in New London:
When my cable came back after the Saturday night outage, I didn't show any bonding.
I'm still not showing bonding, but everything appears to be working OK. |

I was lucky did not lose either. Power flicker a few times but came right back. |

I lost power for something like 10 hours on Sunday. My Metrocast internet connection remained up for around 8 hours after the power went out. Pretty impressive, and coupled with the whole-house generator it was pretty much like a normal Sunday, only with a lot of wind.
So yeah, kudos to Metrocast! |

I still don't have power back. Lost it 10am Sunday. Guess that is what I get for living in the sticks.
same deal at my grandmothers as jcantara, lost power till just a few hours ago. Cable/Internet was up for 7 hours or so, until the batteries in the power supplies ran out.

I had power and internet the whole time. I was lucky, there were a lot of power outages in the surrounding areas. |

| My power went out 12:30PM Sunday, got it back at 10:30 PM.
Metrocast wasn't back up (cable/internet/phone) until Mid-day Monday.
Metrocast was very good about getting the word out and I think you have to understand that this "weak storm" was very strong. |

Finally got power back around 3:30pm last night. That's it, I'm moving closer to town, lol. This living in the sticks thing sucks! |

Your modem is back into bonding mode now. Sometimes they need a little extra motivation to make the jump. Now that we have a good number of wideband modems back online I'll make a few passes to move any over that didn't switch automatically. |

Hey Jsz0, I was able to pick up a generator from a friend and power up the entertainment system. How are things looking in Putnam, I noticed it would not sync up.
Nevermind, came home and we had power! Modem is good now. |
