[DSL] Cannot access online banking

Aol running on Windows 7 (64 bit). I can surf the internet with no problems, however if I go to a site that requires a username and a password, nothing happens. Also on the Welcome page, the News feature sticks on the first item and cannot be advanced. I have reloaded AOL and no change occurred. Any ideas?

This can be a temporary fault or the other reason might be the compatibility factor that is a must in every case.

If compatibility would have been the case than it would not be possible to open the home page itself, upgradation to the latest version is what you can give it a try.

Have you tried a different web browser? Or maybe a different computer.

It sounds to me as if java/flash/scripts etc is disabled. When using other browsers if I disable those things then similar situations will occur. Are there any recent changes you have made to settings such as security (Auto blocking of scripts/cookies) or some sort of addon you may have added?
