Eastlink Email Horrendous

As a business user I am at the end of my rope with Eastlink's terrible email service problems. I have been aware that they are having email server issues and have been patient while they tell everyone by recorded message that they "are deligently working to resolve the issue" BUT it is NOT getting resolved.

Constant MS Outlook pop-ups throughout the day prompting for user name and password because Eastlink server is rejecting login.

Come on folks.......this has been going on now for weeks!! If you can't figure it out then hire someone who can and DON"T give me a line of crap that it is a Microsoft problem or my computer. I am in an organisation with 40+ users and PC's less than 1 year old all using MS-Oulook 2007 or higher. It is only the Eastlink mail accounts that are generating popups. All other account with other ISPs work fine.

I pity people who are not tech savvy that let the Eastlink tech support people play with their settings and really mess things up.

Just fix it OK
