Grandstream device not registering
I have been with PhonePower for about a year and the service has been fair. I have had numerous SIP registration problems due to Verizon DSL, but for the most part my internet is good and the Grandstream device has been pretty stable. However the last couple weeks I have noticed that all of my incoming calls are going to my failsafe number and for outgoing calls we do not get a dialtone, only a message saying the device is not registered.
Is anyone else having these problems with the service lately?
UPDATE - I retracted my above comments about PhonePower support, they are still great. Turns out that they were working on the problem and were having problems contacting me. The problem has been fixed and life is good again. Thanks PhonePower.
