I've been having this problem for a long time. When I connected my D-Link VWR VD to my Xbox 360 everything worked fine expect I only had a moderate NAT type. I tried opening the ports to my router, (the ones the 360 uses) and it worked. Although every time I turn off my 360 it goes back to being a moderate NAT type. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Call Vonage. The VWR was discontinued because of technical issues that the manufacturer (Dlink) refuses to fix. Vonage will ask you to send the VWR back, replace it with their regular ATA for free and give you a $75 credit to purchase a new WiFi router of your choice.
