@wildblue.net | WildBlue I too signed up for Wild Blue. After years of DSL in town, I moved to a remote area where only satellite internet is available. I first signed up for the lowest package and quickly maxed out my download MB's. Also the speed was so incredibly slow I found it unbearable. I increased to the max package and now run around 70% of max downloads. That is if I keep my teenage daughter from downloading music and videos. I still find down loading web pages to take between 30 and 60 seconds. Slow is an understatement! if you have any other option for internet, take it! Satellite is a huge wast of money! |
