I am trying to validate where the issue is using Skype Video Chat. I am getting large delays in video and audo. I ran a quality test »/pingtest/95c5···/2816180 I do understand I have ping turned off.
I am on an Elite DSL line and speed tests seem to be ok... 5301 kb down 623 kb up
Any recomendations on where to look or is there an issue with routing? thanks
