Wave Phone doesn't cut it.

Have had wave phone for a couple years now and service has been ok except when power goes out in Port Orchard which is 14 miles away from me, every time they loose power I loose my phone, so far this year it has gone out 7 times over 3 hours on top of many many internet companies need a verifiable phone number, I have found that most can't deal with an internet based phone...like Craigs List.
Too many outages, too many road blocks and too expensive.
