what the crap is up with all the L-2?

The best strategy discovered for AITP is zero conversation, and just random lynches. That way the assassin is given no information on who the King is, and you hopefully get them via random before you run too low on players.

Since that would be boring as hell, we play by talking but not really crumbing heavily. We're all of pretty decent intelligence, so if one of us picks up a crumb, the rest should as well. That opens the door for the assassin to more easily win. So, we talk and vote, but also vote quickly and lynch without remorse. Taking someone down to L-2 just narrows down the playing field further for the assassin. Bottom line is, whoever we have taken to L-2 already should just be lynched as they are worthless to continue being in the game. The assassin knows they aren't the king now.
