Ports blocked, but I have them open

I'm trying to forward my torrent ports to my host. I have configured port forwarding (TCP/UDP) in my Westell 7500 router.

canyouseeme.org verifies that my port is open.

However, when I view the security log of my router, it shows the port being blocked:

In: br0 -> Out: nas1 Blocked

Not sure if "nas1" has anything to do with it.
Not exactly sure what "global port" means. I have global and local port as the same as my torrent client, which is a single port.

Update: I disabled the firewall, and the router is still blocking the torrent ports (according to router's security log).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jake
