We will be performing scheduled email maintenance to enhance the user experience for our customers. This will result in a brief down period on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, from 12:00am to 6:00am EST and on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, from 12:00am to 6:00am EST. During this time you will not be able to access your Knology email until this maintenance is completed.

Sounds like a Mail Server upgrade/maintenance. If your internet goes out you know they pulled the wrong server, LOL.
Honestly, who uses webmail anyway. |
