[Wireless] WZR-HP-G300NH & WLI-UC-G300HP

I can connect at 243Mbps but when I either log off, or reboot it re-connects at 117 and I have to run the Air Station tool again. The router has Ver 1.76. This is on an XpPro SP3 machine. Anyone have any ideas?
