I would have to say that T8 was the last time the art team hit a home run.

So very, very, very true.

Does anyone have a simple list of where to get those warrior tier sets at? I looked up season 5 I believe on wowhead and it says no longer available in game.

I couldn't find a single blog/site that spelled it all out, but this wiki has links to each set and where to get 'em:

Looks like T11 will be the only good looking druid set. T12 comes in as possibly worst looking set ever. I think they ran out of ideas on how to incorporate the druid image/mentality/style. T1/T2 hit it on the head, T6 wasn't bad with T11 gaining point for the wings shoulders but everything else looks generic. What happened to armor sets epitomizing the essence of the class? Warrior T6 did this, Druid T12 looks like they stuck a branch through the helm and said voila, druid! (All it needs is an arrowhead on one side and a few feathers on the end to sum up T12)

Here is to hoping that transmog comes out and doesn't end up being another dance studio.

Seeing as druids are based on the principle of the circle of life, perhaps shoulders/helm that sprouts some kind of flowers or leaves that grow green, turn red, brown and finally fall off such as the changing seasons.

But that's just me..

T5 shoulders had little flowers that would bloom... then disappear back into the shoulders. I liked that a lot.

I was thinking more a mix between t5 and t11, only.. less blue.

Spiritwalker’s Vestments

The best shaman sets are a mix of the animal and the elemental. This tier combines huge wolf-skull shoulder pads, bone fetishes, and fur with glowing shards of amber crystal. The entire set is lashed together with lengths of rope and heavily stitched leather, which lends the set a savage bearing.

That is actually probably one of the best Shaman tier sets they've done, in my opinion.

I like the Shammy set, the bones sticking out of the head seem weird, but I will reserve judgement until I see it in-game.

I like this new shaman set. It IMO attempts to capture the essence of the class. It actually appears to be a which doctor of sorts that pieced his/her armor together from ritual animal leftovers. Kudos to the artist(s) for actually doing their job.

looks to me like the Art team has been listerning to all the qq. They seem to have put alot more time and effort into the tier 13 sets, placed in this thread. hope they continue..

As for hunter gear the only gear that has had the hunter feel was that out of ZA, The Helm and Shoulders being animal parts as a hunter should use, but those were not tier gear of ocurse

It’s fun to put a spin on any caster class that moves it away from the usual wizardly archetype, and this set provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. Gnomish clockwork technology is an established part of the Warcraft universe, but it’s not something we’ve incorporated into a tier of player armor before. The combination of moving cogs, quilted fabric, and lots of buckled straps give the set an intriguing "techno-mage" flavor.

They should've made the goggles do something.

Instead of ... nothing.
