In Lenexa your options include:
ATT U-verse and DSL
Time Warner Road Runner
Surewest Cable
Clear Wi-Max (wireless)

In Overland Park your options include: (it's like Deja vu all over again)

Clear Wi-Max (wireless)

Oddly enough, even though the Surewest plant is IN Lenexa, they DO NOT offer FTTH to Lenexa. It seems only they only offer FTTH in Olathe and Merriam, for some reason.

Also, I believe Verizon is launching LTE in the KC area sometime soon, so that may be a credible solution at some point in the future.
