Re: The whole "blackout" rules need to be revamped.... I have heard rumors its actually against some rule bypass blackouts. so for example if a sports event is blacked out in Philly, Comcast cant for some dumb reason just show people the west coast feed even though they do pull in that feed to their system.
Though I honestly wonder what legal ground a league would have against a cable operator if they did bring in a different feed so their customers could still see the game. its not an FCC issue as the FCC cannot tell Comcast in Philly they MUST only show the east coast feed of say ESPN.
