| No respect Its insulting to subscribers that VZ bloatware fills limited screenspace with unused icons and it diminishes the value of their product.
The Thunderbolt ironically displays, "Quietly Brilliant" before blasting the sound of a lightning crash upon turn-on the device. There is no way to permanently turn that sound off.
I ask customer service to forward these to the department in VZ that cares what subscribers think, to no response.
