when i"m trying to view my message history online this morning it started doing the same thing that happen before, which was connecting but then shrinking to a single bar so you couldn't read any messages.

If you are talking about something on your account page, you'll want to contact Virgin Mobile customer service to report it. Good Luck getting it fixed however, I have found that most account page glitches fix themselves once the plan expires and you add a new one.
