[Modding] BIOS Modding/Flashing with no floppy drive

I have a few old systems that I don't care if I fry the motherboard because they are old but I would like to try modding the BIOS of my socket 7 system.
Has anyone tried this before and how do I do it?
Also as for making the boot disk, what should I do if the downloaded files are on a system that has no floppy drive? The other system I am trying to flash doesn't boot from USB. Also I have no external floppy drive.
Is there a work a round for this?

You can always use an optical drive or even a hard drive.

I found something on www.ROM.by that changes the BIOS.
Look what it did to my Pentium 100MHz DOS Box.
It thinks its a part of the Core i7 900 series CPU's.
