Speed Test and Tweak Test

The java speed test has been tempoarily shut down for quite sometime now, for the New York area. Will it ever get back up and running.

In regards to the tweak test. When you input your service, speed, etc. it asks for your OS. The latest we can put is Vista. It doesn't support Windows 7?
