reply to deke40 My parents have Star Tex in Houston and are happy with them. Here in Denton the electricity is run by the city. The rate is 5.7c per kWh, and over 40% of the energy is renewable.
reply to deke40 My base rate is 9.1 cents / kwh however after TDU charge the effective rate works out to 12.28 cents / kwh. I'm with Kinetic on a 100% renewable plan.
Is that 9.39 cents / kwh before or after the TDU charge is factored in? -- This is the way the world ends Not with a bang but a whimper.
