IE9 Scores a 100/100 in Acid 3 testbecause the creators of the test removed some out-of-date parts. Of course I am assuming that somebody here even cares about the test and IE9's results. |

"IE9 Scores a 100/100 in Acid 3 test"
Hasn't Opera done this for a long time now? Maybe even years?
I was curious. Looked it up and Opera AND Firefox first passed in 2008 |

Firefox only got 97/100 until now on Acid3. "Note that since some browsers have so far avoided implementing some of these areas (because they are likely to change, and browser vendors don't want to implement them only to change them again), especially the SVG parts, commenting out some of these tests does result in some browsers' results improving, in some cases all the way to a full pass." » plus.google.com/10742961 ··· nqpuUER4 |

Not seeing that here on IE9, not sure why you're seeing that. |

Yeah but does it mess with the Sidebar as IE8-9 does when you have higher than default DPI (96), which is too small for larger screens. I'll be happy to move up to IE9-10-11 etc. if Windows can make it work with it's own product...Vista's Sidebar. |
