I have a 2Wire 3600HGV for UVerse and the other day my wired connection stopped working. I have my main desktop and network printer hooked up to it, which both stopped their connection. I have tried multiple cables and different ports with no connection. The green LED lights up to show connection on the back of the modem and on the LAN port of the computer. My wireless connection has not stopped and works flawlessly. I have tried multiple resets / disconnects from power / factory resets with no change. I'd love to call tech support but their hours are when I am not home. Anyone have this same issue or know how to fix? Is there a setting I may be missing? Thanks in advance.

Can you post the results of a ipconfig /all command from a wired computer
